As a school social worker at Lakewood Elementary, listening to the harrowing stories from families in our Latino community, I've witnessed firsthand the pressing need for mental health support. It's in these moments that I feel immense gratitude, knowing I have a trusted resource like El Futuro, to refer our community members to, where they can receive the understanding and care they deserve for their mental health needs.Every day, I see the transformative impact that El Futuro has on our student's lives, bridging linguistic gaps to ensure that no one is left behind.
